背景：有監控node節點pod的安装CPU等資源，實現自動擴縮容的安装需要下，需要安裝metrics-server

k8s版本：1.30.14（kubadm安裝）對應metrics-server版本：0.8x（本文使用0.8.1）

安装

wget https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/metrics-server/releases/download/v0.8.1/components.yaml
